Micah Challenge Zambia national facilitator, Lawrence Temfwe said at a candlelight service at the United Church of Zambia (UCZ) in Chifubu Township yesterday that the Church should take the lead in exposing the real causes of AIDS in Zambia.

Pastor Temfwe said that even though exposing some facts on AIDS had been difficult because of concealing of facts about the disease, the Church needed to discus HIV/AIDS related issues as a disease could not be cured if it was being concealed.
